If needed you can sign up for short term disability
Paternity care is a recent addition from the company, but I believe it isn't paid. You can have the time off IF you can afford to not work for up to 2 weeks.
They offer it which is good because in the past they did not include it in short-term coverage. They could do more though to help with employee retention.
Leave is paid for Corporate employees.
You get time off for Maternity and Paternity leave so you can spend time with family.
We have it, but nobody can afford to take more than 4-6 weeks off, they'll hold your job, but you won't be able to survive thank goodness I'm not young and looking at having any kids.
