This company has an excellent benefit package for its employees
Benefits continue to improve each year, especially around Health Insurance costs. I would like to see performance bonuses formalized and tied directly to annual goals and performance reviews.
It's way too expensive for what's being offered. The company that provides it is awful with customer service

They match the first 10%, then 5% after. You have to be there a year before they let you start it.
Benefits are too expensive. As on-site manager I took almost a $1/hour pay cut. I lost my Medicaid benefits due to my income. I lived check to check while working as site manager and had to donate plasma to make ends meet. Couldnt afford health insurance but could afford vision,dental,short term disability and accidental coverages.($14/check vs. Almost $200/check for just medical)
They tend to run lean so it is hard to take time off.
