Best thing: health insurance for employee as well as up to 3 dependents (80%) Worst: "Honor System" for vacation days. While it sounds like you have unlimited work days at your discretion if you don't abuse the system, it's actually at the discretion of your manager.

"Unlimited" vacation time really does mean unlimited as long as you stay on top of your job. I've never had trouble taking time off when I wanted. The 401k is through Fidelity with three excellent index funds and a whole lot of high-expense-ratio garbage. The lack of matching is the one thing that prevents me from thinking of this as a long-term employer. Hopefully they change it soon!
