Three weeks for first year employee seems to be fairly generous.
The vacation time starts high and increases quickly, but you need to use your PTO as sick time, which can be difficult for the first few years.
4 weeks per year for senior role
Standard paid time off. Directors and above receive something similar to unlimited time off but in reality those levels rarely take time off to begin with and it is basically a way for the company to save money as these individuals are not permitted to accrue time off (thus there is no liability for the company).
15 days pto, the year end shutdown is mandatory, so you only got 11 days left over
