There is a maternity leave up to 8 weeks or more depending on situations, and paternity leave is i think 2 weeks.

New policy as of July 2017 is 8 weeks paternity and 8 weeks maternity, with additional maternity leave as per the rules outlined in other posts.

Maternity leave is great on paper; however it is all per supervisor discretion therefore not all employees are given the same benefits.

They had an excellent maternity and paternity leave program at ExxonMobil. I was very happy with the amount of maternity leave offered by the company to the female employees.

Adequate amount of time for having a kid. I think father gets 1 paid week as well.
