The company lacks ethics and employee value when it comes to compensation and recognition.
They have a Medical plan with a high deductilbe but give you half of it up front each year and no monthly contributions
The best thing would be the vacation schedule after 5 years of service, and acquiring supplemental vacation which is 40 hours, automatically accrued every Jan 1. You can take remaining vacation and deplete your PTO up to Dec 31 of the previous year, and enter the following year with 40 hours of supplemental vacation on Jan 1.
While they have a "high deductable" plan, the benefits are really good even for medical costs. The health savings account makes it work out well for the employee.
Great eye care, great matching of 401K. Can't carry over vacation days.
