The 401k match is great. Its 75 percent up to 5 percent of your wage. The health insurance is not the best. The coverage is horrible. As long as your healty the 401k match is awesome.
They offer benefits is the best thing bc some company's don't. the worst thing is you cant afford them. the cost is way to high.
Preventive is 100% covered, but there's a pretty high deductible that has to be met before anything will be paid for actual sick or injury - related claims.
no dental in Arkansas. nice health insurance. nice 401 k match
The vacation time isn't as wonderful as previous employers, but it is average. You get 2 weeks off paid per year. No sick time. Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Easter, and Fourth of July. These are the paid holidays for full time associates. I didn't take out insurance so I am not sure on pricing.
they paid for health insurance, that was nice..but lower level employees benefits cost them, and were not good.
Not much in their benefits. Basic.
The vacation time was hard to plan for because you could only use what you accumulated to that point. When you had things going on close togather in the early part of the year, you couldn't do both. Borrowing against your time was not allowed anymore.
No one in state accepts the medical benefits.
Best thing about the benefits to me were paid holidays, paid vacation time(that you earn), and paid sick days(that you earn).
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
