Good benefits package - vacation, healthcare, retirement and additional work perks/culture at the office - snacks, beer friday, bagel wednesday

offer lots of benefits, but no one use those because every time employees have to pay from their pocket some kind of amount
I think our company has good health insurance package. We can work from home twelve days per year. Holidays includes MLK day, President Day and Good Friday.
The benefits package had a lot of options and all options provided a lot of benefits that aligned with individuals needs.
Health care costs are increasing following the acquisition, but we are gaining stock options. The WFH policy is terrible- 12 days a year which are tracked in our HR system.
had the best 401k matching - 40% of your contribution with no cap, other than the IRS one
insurance, 401K, time off, sick days, work from home
Matching 401k & Work from Home Days
Company will match 40% of 401k which is good, but the vacation time given is low compared to industry standard, and doesn’t increase until you get to 5+ years tenure. Depending on team, managers can also be much more flexible with personal time than others, and working from home is frowned upon/non existent.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
