    Health care costs are increasing following the acquisition, but we are gaining stock options. The WFH policy is terrible- 12 days a year which are tracked in our HR system.

    Company will match 40% of 401k which is good, but the vacation time given is low compared to industry standard, and doesn’t increase until you get to 5+ years tenure. Depending on team, managers can also be much more flexible with personal time than others, and working from home is frowned upon/non existent.
