Pretty baseline. Can't complain but could be better.
Health insurance is a high deductible plan, and "high" is an accurate description. Company has basic health/dental/vision insurance coverage that you would expect to be a bit better with a company of this size. You have the option to contribute to an HSA, but the company does not contribute. Company has a partnership with a local health clinic network to provide quick care / urgent care services at no cost to the employee, which is nice. However, this is not a significant benefit if you prefer your own doctor(s). 401k benefits recently changed for the better, but the company match is still relatively low. Vacation time allowed is average or below average. Opportunities for branded clothing, accessories, other small benefits, etc. are good.
the cost is the worst I have ever seen. It is high deductible plan which is totally unaffordable for most, with the size of this company they could do better for their employees
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
