There is an HSA option, which is nice. Overall cost is a bit high, but that may just be a result of the current state of the healthcare system in general.

Just switched from Aetna to Cigna. Seems to be very similar coverage and in-network docs

High deductible option or more expensive PPO option with a rather pricey co-pay.

It all depends on what plan you sign up to receive. I did receive multiple bills from simple blood tests that were not covered by insurance.

It's nice to have the option of a high deductible plan, but even those rates are still very high in comparison with my previous workplaces. I have chronic pain that Aetna won't pay to fix and the HSA employer contribution is too low to make a difference. There's an optional health & nutrition program that gives you discounted rates, but the program does not offer up-to-date nutrition advice and is extremely triggering for those with eating disorders.

Considering how stressful it is to work there, they offer really the minimum in Heath care. They have a participatory health and nutrition program, um, which they also happen to own. You figure it out.

The HSA contribution was helpful but the premiums were too expensive for what you actually got.
