They have a PTO policy which combines vacation and sick time into one bucket. It is a use or lose policy. So if you keep time in your "bank" in case you are sick and you are not sick you lose the PTO hours at the end of every year. How do you plan your vacation vs. potential sick leave?

This is actually the only decent thing about working there. They offer lots of time off, however there is so much work piled on you it's hard to actually take it.

15 days PTO for new employees. It's a very generous benefit, but there is pressure in some areas of the business not to use it. For example, a team member of mine pressured others on our team about their PTO usage and this was not corrected by management.
