F5 employees receive 18-25 vacation days per year, depending on length of service.
Vacation and accrual is industry-leading.
With a few years in you could get a day or two off with each paycheck
Lot more compare to other companies
3 weeks to start, topping out at 5 or 6 (can’t remember which it is). I think it goes to 4 weeks after 2 years and 5 after 5 years...
Competitive with other companies in the area
18 days/yr for first year, 20 days/yr years 1-5, and 25 days/yr after 5 years of service. These PTO days include days absent for your own sick days, dependents' sick days (where you take care of them) and any "sick & safe" time you need. Does not include military service days, jury duty, maternity/paternity leave (2 weeks) or bereavement leave.
pros - rollover unused hrs/days to next year.
3 weeks PTO, increases based on the experience in company
If you're an exempt employee you get to accumulate PTO hours quicker.
Pretty much standard with 15 days/year after 1 year and all major holidays.
