CIGNA medical health insurance was not a good plan. Vision Plan was not a good plan.
Pretty rich benefits program. Good package.
Decent coverage and deductibles however the bonus structure is stacked against the lower level employees. Also they grant you your vacation / PTO which you loose if you quit. But I had 2 weeks vacation in the bank, not here at FARO.

The benefits package was standard for the area and the industry. For as hard as the team worked the performance bonus could be better.
Barely pay out of pocket for health and dental if single. 401k match is decent.
