The 401k is amazing. 3% of your base is automatically fully vested up front. Then an additional 5% company match (up to 10%) which is fully vested after 3 years of service with the company. Medical, dental, vision, etc.
The only way you will be able to take time off if your plant is shut down or if you call in. If you put in for vacation management will approve request until it comes time to take your vacation tha they will claim you cannot leave because they need you to "run the business"
