Honeslty the benefits are pretty good and more on the cheaper end. Employer 401k match and health savings account have come in handy as free money
Vacation time at start is only 2 weeks. Salary is low compared to competitors.
Fair benefits package at FCA. I think they offer less vacation than competitors. Otherwise they seemed in line with the industry.
