Exceptionally good health insurance with relatively low employee contribution is the best thing about the benefits.

FCA has an excellent benefits package! Great health insurance, good dental, good vision, there 401K package is above average, and the PERKS are great!
Benefits are only Average at best. Most little companies offer the same with few exceptions really. For a large company the perks should be much better and the Health coverage a lot cheaper

Good benefits. Good IRA package. 2 weeks paid time vacation. The more number of years you spend with the company- your vacation time increases
You can get a discount on a Chrysler vehicle so you can give part of your paycheck back to them each month! Unless you're full-time you barely get health coverage. Prescriptions are not covered. Only some medical expenses.
Package is not enough for young and new employees. Holiday benefits also doesn’t look appealing.

That it barely covers anything. Some things you may not be eligible for if you're not full time or haven't been there for a while. 401k is ok but I've seen better. Bonuses, profit sharing performance bonus/ incentives you are not be eligible for as well if you're not full time
