Company has very competitive Health Insurance plans with reasonable monthly premiums. Vacation starts at 2 weeks and increases with seniority at the company, maxing out at 5 weeks after 20 years. The 401k plan is competitive with other large companies and the company contributes 3% of your salary automatically, and will match an additional 5% if the employee contributes 10%. The company car program is the worst of the big 3 OEM's and not worth participating in as you can lease from a dealer and obtain insurance for half the cost of the CoCar program. The company does not offer paternity leave which other OEM's do.
Competitive benefits packages. Comparable to other leading companies in the industry. Health, dental, car lease program, life insurance, 8% match 401k.
No summer shut down like GM and Ford
Health insurance and 401k are pretty standard for the industry. Vacation and personal time are offered, but difficult to get approved because understaffing makes coverage nearly impossible.
FCA provides good benefits to its salary employees. Bonuses range anywhere between 3% - 8% depending upon performance. Management follows a thorough evaluation system.
Great benefits, company car, dental, health, and vision
Since I was working as an intern for the summer I did not receive benefits that a full-time employee would.
Best thing is 8% company match 401k Worst thing is the culture, revised management structure disabling potential of career advancement
Expensive per month and I didnt have hospital coverage. Allegis Group has horrible benefits
Favors upper management. While entry level or lower level is compensated well, senior mangers get free company cars they are supposed to share the experience with their employees, however they do not. Upper management bonus percent is outrageous compared to lower level. You only accrue more time off after 5 years. Vacation in my department was frowned upon but then you couldn't carry over days. Exceptions were made for favorite employees.
