Great Benefits and flexibility at Work
They offer all the expected things such as Life, Dental, Vision, Health, Accident, 401k, and etc. Also, they have the company car program, 3-5% off MSRP for yourself, friends or family for car purchases. At CTC, they have numerous stores and eating locations as well as a gym with locker and laundry service for $20 a month off paycheck.
We get great healthcare only downside you have to wait 3 years to get dental but great thing is we pay nothing to have our insurance. We have to wait a year after your start date to get any personal day pay or vaction days and each year you you get diffrent amounts of time off payed.
I did not get any benefit package as i was working for summer only they treated me like a temporary employment.
Vacation & Paid time off. HSA account for medical insurance and a 3% automatic contribution 401K with a 5% match.
401k match, ability to purchase additional vacation days, ton of time off during holidays.
The benefits were ok. Being the union made it a lot better. Retirement benefits have not changed. FMLA is used way to much.
Overall, the benefit package at FCA is good. I am sure it is in line with the industry standards. I have no complaints what so ever.
