good 401k and car rental policy
One of the worst things is the absolute lack of paternity leave for male employees. The health benefits are pretty basic across the automotive industry. The employee ten percent match for the 401K benefits is pretty stellar compared to other automotive institutions

The Good: FCA offers a somewhat comprehensive benefits package; The Not Good: This $130B enterprise continually finds the need to erode benefits & pay to the non-exectuve staff on an annual basis in spite of several consecutive years of record profits and over $25B in liquid assets.
