The total benefit package and pay is the best thing about employment with FCA. I decided to take the early retirement at age 59 when my husband fully retired. I would have liked to work reduced hours, but honestly, having done that after our son was born for three years, I know it's a mixed bag. "Reduced hours" means you're paid to work 2-3 days per week, but the workload is very heavy and I ended up bringing a lot of work home with me during the 3 years I worked "reduced hours." So, in theory there are flexible work options, but the work output expected is still more like full-time.
