    Great maternity and paternity leave, not sure the exact numbers but paid leave for both, less for paternity though

    They offer six weeks of paid maternity leave for the primary care giver and two week paid leave for the secondary caregiver so the employee doesnt have to use their personal leave which I think is GREAT!
