No tuition reimbursement for employees that completed degree prior to joining the bank
Expensive benefits package with BCBS. Pension offered but not fully vested until 5 years. 401k but not fully vested until 6 years and low matching schedule. Tuition reimbursement at 90% for A’s - can start after one year of employment but you must stay for two years after completion of program. Offers parental leave - they pay for 6 weeks (STD & paid parental leave) and you use your sick/vacation time for the remainder time off (you do not accrue time while on leave). 15 vacation days + 10 sick days and bank holidays (Columbus Day, etc) so you’ll need to use a vacation day to take off for Christmas Eve. Annual wellness challenge.
Great benefit package with a ton of options.
100% the best health insurance offered and all other of the best basic benefits imaginable.
It's very generous, overall, but the crazy thing is there's a pension. With some quirks, it's also a great place to work. Everyone actually seems to be really trying to do their best.
Great insurance, pension, 401k, time off
Great health insurance, 401k, and pension.
HR is not well developed. There is usually only one person well versed on certain things. If they are unavailable you'll have to wait
There is great healthcare and 401k matching
Competitive 401k, ample PTO, solid health/dental plans
