Their medical plan sucks, high deductible, prepare to spend $12k as a family per year for healthcare, and even then only 80% or 90% of costs get covered. Plus you are paying premiums.
The company matches 401k and offers merit based bonuses. They have simple snacks and coffee and offer flu shots on site.
Worst thing is the deductible which is several thousand dollars every year for a single person and monthly premiums are still $100 for 90% coverage (after deductible). Company gives a 'generous' $250 into the HSA.
