Unlimited vacation or no tracking of time off is the best benefit.
Limited short vacations and managers don't support all employees equally. HR is also not your friend and doesn't really follow the written and published policies

The best time off package I’ve seen: with 3 weeks of vacation, 8 sick days and 10 holidays! Vacation increases by 1 week every 5 years and caps off at 5 weeks, I believe. Bereavement leave was generous, with up to 5 days off and pretty open-ended on relationship to the deceased. I‘m from a big family with cultural funerals lasting 4 days, so this meant a lot to me. There’s also company matching 401k with up to 4%, health/dental/vision insurance, education benefits and more.
