Time between xmas and new years is considered as holiday, which can be considered as an additional 5 days of PTO/year. You get 5 days of PTO the first day then goes like +10/year first 2 years, +15 year next 3 years, etc. Company contributes 4% to the 5% you put in 401k, which is not perfect but still good. Health insurance has super high deductibles starting from $2600 for individual, which is horrible. You may get $750/year in your health savings account if you get a physical.
Best: 40 hours of PTO offered on your first day.

Very high deductible, cheaper to purchase your own health insurance. Vison is VSP not bad. Dental plan is expensive and small.
Expensive health care, tuition reimbursement on low side
There are free snacks here , dont have health care benefits as a contractor. Will get the benefit package as soon a I get the permanent position.
