Cost of insurance increases significantly and becomes very expensive for a family and coverage gets less each year
full health care coverage but limited options and opportunities for benefit selections could be better overall to ensure better work-life balance and achieve a higher level of respect for employees
The co-pay and deductible are low.
Cost is going up but not their fault. They still cover way more than most companies
UHC for medical. Metlife for dental. Benefits are being reduced slowly but I think this goes for all companies today.
United Health PPO. So many options
The health and dental coverage is good
