Allows deferral of 1-40% of your total earnings through pre-tax payroll deductions (subject to IRS rules) company match $0.50 per $1.00 on first 6% of eligible pay
Very well managed by Vanguard
Ok 401 plan. Employer matches less
Never get a receipt.
standard plan and matching plan
It was an okay plan. Match was at 100% after 3 years i believe.
FIS matches 401K contribution at 50 percent of what you contribute, up to 3 percent of your gross pay (i.e. you top out when you contibute 6 percent of your pay, and FIS contributes 3 percent). You can contribute more if you want to the IRA plan. I choose to put 6 percent in the 401K, and put another 4 percent into a personal IRA (which is not affiliated with FIS). You have more control with an IRA account that a 401K account.
There is a matching contribution from the company for a maximum of 3 percent. Vanguard is the portfolio holder and you have full control over options.
They don't match what SunGard did.
Great for future savings.
Nothing wrong with saving for your future even though the matching is low
