It was an okay plan. Match was at 100% after 3 years i believe.
FIS matches 401K contribution at 50 percent of what you contribute, up to 3 percent of your gross pay (i.e. you top out when you contibute 6 percent of your pay, and FIS contributes 3 percent). You can contribute more if you want to the IRA plan. I choose to put 6 percent in the 401K, and put another 4 percent into a personal IRA (which is not affiliated with FIS). You have more control with an IRA account that a 401K account.
There is a matching contribution from the company for a maximum of 3 percent. Vanguard is the portfolio holder and you have full control over options.
