Different Plan options depending on where an employee lives, including a national PPO plan with an HRA, an IRS Qualified High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) as well as HMO's in various areas.
I've seen worse. Healthcare costs are supplemented by a wellness program where you earn points for a discount on premiums the next quarter, and dollars for an e-store or gift cards. Healthcare co-pays are standard, but the inclusion of what is part of the co-pay is generous.
Expensive, high deductible, it's cheaper not having the insurance package from them.
Provides poor health insurance coverage
Years ago the benefits were really go, now days they become picky, cheap, but they still there....
Not the worse, far from the best with increases that exceeds raises.
extremely happy with the service and due to my allergies and Type II Diabetes, the health benefits are great allowing me to stay in control
Health insurance is fairly standard. Good list of providers. Costs have increased substantially for employees but that is pretty standard for everyone these days.
Very high deductible plans (2 plans offered), both high deductible.
Overall in US healthcare is expensive. But this insurance is good
