We had 40 hours for PTO which didn't change after a year but they did offer alot of STO which is time you can take off but not get paid for it.

FIS provides 3 weeks of vacation to a first year employee, and that does not include the floating holidays. At 5 years, it goes up to 4 weeks. Then 5 weeks at 10 years. Very generous with time off.

Compared to other companies, it takes more years of service before you can accumulate more days. Also, there is no year credit for past experience at a previous company.

Not great but not bad either. You get up to 4 weeks after 5 years of employment, but after that, you'll turn gray and retire before you get another week.
