Benefits are generous and competitive with other companies.
The company offers health, dental, matching 401k, and vision benefits, among others. The coverage and employee costs are pretty reasonable. Spouse and family coverage is pretty decent, too.
Company pays for LTD and STD for the employee. Lots of options for Medical insurance and good contribution amounts to your savings plan if you choose a High Deductable plan. Company pays for virtually 100% of the cost of a bachelors/masters degree, you just have to pay the taxes on anything over the tax free threshold. They also will reimburse you for health club costs up to a certain amount (again a taxable benefit).
Excellent 401k match, annual fitness reimbursement, generous time off.
Great 401k plan! Medical, dental, and vision are competitive.
There is no military leave, they just let you off those days and if you make more at FLIR they subsidize your pay. My pay is lower at FLIR than it is in the Reserves and I am enlisted. FLIR should offer at least 40-50 hours paid military leave or allow you to accrue comp time all the weeks you work over 40 as a salary employee (which is every week).
Generous 401K Match. Great Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Lots of extras and perks.
401K is very generous & amount I pay to cover my family on health benefits is far better than other companies.
The benefits package is good but prices keep going up. There is also an additional charge if you carry your significant other if they can get insurance through their work.
The health insurance package was better in the beginning, but had taken a dip at the end with reduced benefits and decreased coverage. The 401K was competitive, and vacation days were OK, but not great.
