Employer Summary

Time away from work to be with your family and friends is important. As a new team member you will enjoy four weeks of Personal Time Off (PTO) per year. One additional day is then added for each year of service over five years. Your maximum annual PTO will be 30 days. 

FLIR also observes 10 holidays each calendar year.

    Vacation and PTO is pretty standard in how its accrued. It would be an even better benefit if you didn't feel so guilty using it because so many departments are understaffed.

    Generous accrual. Would be nice to receive a portion at time of hire vs accruing each pay period.
