401K matches 14%. PTO and sick leave gets rolled into one package starting at 15 days. The health insurance has a VERY high deductible. The expensive, single filer package starts at a $3,000 deductible with a company match of 80% after that. Unless you have serious medical bills, all your medical bills will come out of your pocket.

401k is outstanding. Vacation is one more week than other industries for the same years of service. Healthcare is high deductible which is almost useless if you are healthy. Dental will cripple you if you need any major work that HSA can't cover but is fine for the basic services.
PTO - they give you 15 days but it includes your sick days. If you have a surgery, they take the first 5 days as part of your disability and they do not consider working from home to balance your personal live. Great compensation, normally 20-25% above market, which makes it difficult to get something afterwards. 401K is Supreme!!! it offers 4% more if you invest the 5% max.
