    401K does a match of up to 6%. And then after 3 years, you get another 4%. Of which they had already put aside while you were within the 3 years.

    The best part about the benefits package is the high matching 401k plan and the worst part about the benefits package is the high deductible health plan

    HR took the time to give us, the employees, the best possible package and healthcare plan there was. I compared my plan to a friend at Halliburton and Oceaneering. I was very satisfied.

    The 401k benefits are the best I have ever worked with. Company matches the standard percentage, and then offers more whether you contribute or not.

    Great benefits overall, however they got rid of the Flexible Spending account, and co-payments on medical visits a few years ago. It makes your medical expenses vey expensive for the first half of the year for my family of six, let alone if you have less dependents.

    The 401k match is 5% and a bonus 4% by FMC. Medical coverage is overpriced and if the spouse has possible coverage you are penalized.
