Vacation and PTO is below average. Three weeks for a combined Vacation/PTO/sick. That's definitely not enough.

    Same as most companies

Did not like the PTO style. I think the company would operate more effectively if they seperated vacation and sick time, and added a minimum advance notice on the vacation.

Vacation and sick time is lumped into PTO. There is not any policy about extra time worked resulting in time off.

In line with others in industry.

Great by today's standards. 2 weeks 1st-4th year and 3 weeks after 5 years. 4 weeks after 10 years.

15 total PTO days including sick time

10 days of PTO includes vacation, sick, and personal days off.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Engineer II in Houston, Texas

There are only 15 days of PTO for the first 10 years, and there are NO sick days. This forces many people to come to work sick and spreading germs. Many companies have standard 20 PTO days and separate sick days. Everyone gets sick, guaranteed. Have no idea why FMC offers no sick days
