    Benefits recently improved/changed: Introduced paternity and dependent care leave. 401K (no vesting period) with better investment options. Standard match. Pushing most people to HDHP+HSA. Bonus only above a certain grade level (senior+ or manager level). Low number of paid vacation/holidays. Work/life balance flexible, but highly dependent on team/manager (ie. no corporate policies for work from home, summer Fridays, etc).

    Benefits are average with two main options. Health insurance has the option of a high deductible choice with healthcare savings account.

    Health and dental care benefit was very broad and covered was the best in my career and better than Blue Cross.

    The benefits administrators are efficient and easy to deal with. Benefits themselves not very good. Most employees with spouses are on their policy rather than the company's Aetna policy. Dental policy is not accepted by many quality local practitioners. Life and critical Illness insurance arrangements are poor value; you're better off acquiring those externally. Two weeks vacation is standard.
