Health insurance is not the best. Usually two plans that you need to reach the deduction witch is about $2,300!a year before you can enjoy copays.
The 401k is decent, with up to 6-7% match, depending on contributions. Health benefits are extremely expensive and cover virtually nothing. Almost $300.00/month for family, $7,500 deductible for family. Who can afford the deductible with such outrageous premiums? Vacation was given automatically, I think they accrue X amt. of hours per week now. Two weeks paid vacation per year.

The worst is high deductible 2,600 for family then 20% until you max out at 7,000 before they pay 100% unless it's considered preventative then they cover at 100%. Not everything counts toward the deductible.
