The benefits package is average. Nothing spectacular

Health insurance is not the best. Usually two plans that you need to reach the deduction witch is about $2,300!a year before you can enjoy copays.

The 401k is decent, with up to 6-7% match, depending on contributions. Health benefits are extremely expensive and cover virtually nothing. Almost $300.00/month for family, $7,500 deductible for family. Who can afford the deductible with such outrageous premiums? Vacation was given automatically, I think they accrue X amt. of hours per week now. Two weeks paid vacation per year.

Fairly standard, with flexibility in working hours to accommodate global communications and access. Medical plans are expensive.

Nice mix of benefits. Good 401k with match. Medical plans are expensive.

The worst is high deductible 2,600 for family then 20% until you max out at 7,000 before they pay 100% unless it's considered preventative then they cover at 100%. Not everything counts toward the deductible.
