Good health benefits, average 401k match, vacation average,
401k company matching vests only after 2 years, and it isn't even a full match and has a low limit. Real representation/documentation of benefits details don't match what is communicated at orientation. All reimbursements for education and other related expenses can only be requested after 6 months of working there, and if you leave before some time limit (a long one) after date of request, you have to pay it all back. Commuter subsidy is not enough to cover my commuting expense, can only backfill for the last couple of days, and there is a maze of websites/different services you have to use to get to each thing, and it gets super confusing trying to access them all, and in the end to find out that your access isn't even available until much much later after your hiring date, so you'll be leaking money for at least your first month.
