Maternity leave at least 8 weeks paid and allowed to take up to 16 weeks. 401K match, Short & Long Term Disability, Additional Long Term Disability offered. Just increased PTO this year, very generous. Only negative with benefits is very few holidays observed.

Pretty good benefits package - vacation, holidays, pre tax commuter benefit and decent health insurance. Gym and cafeteria in building.
