Great benefits package all around. Also includes gyms membership and tuition assistance.
Fox offers a wide range of healthcare plans with excellent top-shelf coverage that includes dental and vision as well as flex-spending options, life insurance, additional life insurance, etc. I happen to need some dental work and in going over what's covered and to what extent, my not-at-all-cheap dentist keeps saying "wow you have a great plan!" Vacation time, pension and 401k all seem industry competitive from what I know. My one quibble is they don't do Transit Checks which I think I'd prefer to the pre-tax-allottment-per-paycheck plan they use, but that is a mere quibble in light of the thorough quality of their offerings. And their benefits hotline folks are always prompt, pleasant and professional in helping with any questions or issues.
Fox News offers a great benefit package which includes top notch insurance at very reasonable cost to the employee.
Fox Benefits are wonderful. They were the best. This company is top notch.
Limited number of vacation days for first 5 years of employment. Work from home is discouraged.
Freelance work, didn't get benefits
There is a 401K plan, the dental is AMAZING, and it all comes out of your paycheck tax-free. I got a new pair of glasses for under $100, and it would have been less if I hadn't gotten special lenses.
I am a freelancer. I don't get benefits.
Good health insurance, 401k, etc.
Health care isn't amazing but it's decent. Dental covers 3 cleanings a year but if you have any major work, a lot of it is out of pocket. Vision insurance isn't that great - covers only $100 towards contacts annually and one exam. The best part is their employee 401K match, they match 2.5%. Not much vacation time though (2 weeks + 5 floating days). Only 4 major holidays observed here, so the floating days are in lieu of those days.
