“2 weeks sick 2 weeks vacation ”
Covered everything I needed.
It's very generous and there's a good number of options for dependent coverage too. Knowing that if something happened to me my family would be taken care of is very reassuring.
Good benefits. Good matching.
The best thing about working at FOX Sports Ohio was the team that I worked with while I was there. I also got exposure to a lot of exciting sports events. The worst was that there wasn't always enough work to keep me busy.
No benefits were given for freelancers while at the company or full time employees. No paid time off either.
Great overall benefits package. Matched 401k contributions up to 3%. Great Dental, Health and Vision plans for families.
Heath insurance was a great benefit.
Excellent benefits package with top PPO insurance and low contribution and deductibles.
Great benefits- health insurances, FSA, sick days, summer days, PTO.
The benefits are overall very good. Health insurance has good options and good coverage. The company offers both maternity and paternity leave (12 weeks for mothers and 6 weeks for fathers). I have no complaints about PTO... between vacation and sick leave, I never take what I've accrued in a year. There are occasional office perks like game tickets (lottery system) and pizza parties. Comparatively, here are the areas that are lacking: zero work from home options (in the ATL office), no flexible hours, dress code is business casual but enforced strictly.
