Great 401k. Company match is .50 /dollar up to a maximum of 8%. 2 weeks vacation to start. Tuition assistance for your children.
The medical benefits package is above average. Compared to late 90's, early 2000's it's expensive, but compared to benefit packages in today's world it's highly competitive. 401(k) match is good. Vacation, work from home, and flexibility seem to be outdated and behind the times. Hard to keep millennials happy with current offerings in the "time" arena of benefits. The "care" benefits are also lagging. There are no benefits for paternity leave, adoption, childcare, etc. If you take a day off for a child or family member that is sick, you have to use vacation.
The benefits package is fair. Vacation/sick time could use an overhaul. Recently introduced summer hours which is a nice benefit.
The worst thing was the lack of offered overtime for interns and a lower wage compared to positions of equal intensity and requiring an equal skill level.
Very affordable with great coverage.
Health benefits are a little expensive
