Comprehensive, especially family benefits (fertility/maternity and paternity leave). Worst - few child care reimbursements, no options onsite, not pet friendly.
I enjoy the lax dress code. My last job used to be in a conservative environment where I wore high heels and the occasional blazer. The only time I wore heels at Facebook was for my on-site interview. The campus is huge so you want to keep your feet comfortable since you're likely to be venturing all over the place. Lots of food options, you just make sure to get there early if you can to beat the crowds. Fuber (Uber, for Facebook campus). The cars are all electric, and so are their shuttles which can take you to any other building/location on the campus. Parking can be a pain unless you get to the office early. So an option is free valet -- not sure if they have this available at every single building but the ones I frequent have them. You're also not supposed to tip them. They give you an option for a Mac or PC. And for your company phone you can choose between an iPhone or Android.
Overall great benefits including gym reimbursement, 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options. Google has education reimbursement, Facebook does not.
They offer everything, from a health reimbursement for purchases to improve your health (gym membership, triathlon registration fees) to Lyft credit for commuting to/from work.
The benefits are over-the-top good. For example, it's a tech company with very casual attire and you get a dry cleaning benefit.
Facebook offers lots of great perks: $4,000 baby cash each time the employee becomes a custodial parent, 4 months of paid parental leave (moms or dads), and a $720 annual subsidy to use towards wellness related activities. Not to mention the On-site Purple Tie services, free food...
health insurance is great, and at Menlo Park main campus, they have medical facilities on site for quick appointments. They have awesome perks to reimburse for wellness & active lifestyles. Tons of healthy food options for breakfast/lunch/dinner on campus.
Great time there as a summer intern. They held a lot of intern parties and promote a really open working environment
Very comprehensive. FB takes care of you so you can focus on the mission.
Allowances are one the best in whole Palo Alto Area
