Recharge policy, where after 4 years, employee is allowed to take extended leave.
Facebook is over the top a wonderful place to work - and I really appreciate they try to attract all age groups not just the younger generation that might be interested in the meals alone. The parental leave, the flexible arrangements and even the fertility coverage/benefits and relocation options are very creative - they have really looked at how to be competitive beyond basic salary
Worst thing is 401K is matched only upto 50%, everything else is great.
Wow, Facebook really takes care of its employees! Love the free food, laundry, gym on campus and excellent health plans.
Generous parental leave, great internal events to support employees at all life stages
Amazing place to work in Bay Area
It's a common perk, but I really loved being able to eat for free.
Free laundry services, including dry cleaning, is the best benefit! There are also really good workout facilities all over campus
Best thing is the parental leave policy of 4 months for men and women
Your basic necessities pretty much taken care of. Food, commute, laundry, concierge for sundry stuff - all that really frees you up to focus on your work.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
