Superb healthcare plan, plus spa, and free lunches
I am a contractor in a professional role. The great stuff about working at FB: Really interesting work; great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner; and the opportunity to accumulate up to 15 days (3 weeks!) PTO over a year once you have been there for three months. Also access to shuttles that let you bypass Bay Area traffic. Downsides: no access to the gym or fitness classes. If you drive in to the Menlo Park campus, as a contractor, you are not supposed to park on the classic campus or building 20 if they are full, but instead park further away and then take a shuttle, which adds 15 minutes to your morning.
Gym, Wellness Benefit, Food, Free Transport, relocation, Corporate Housing
So much good: generous 401k match, cell phone paid for, transport paid for, health insurance paid for, etc
if you are planning on having kid, awesome benefits, including baby cash, long leave, subsidy for preschool tuition and etc.
Facebook has everything other companies have and more. Very generous and feels like work is also your home. Food is amazing! Love coming into work knowing I'm in such a supportive environment.
Good benefits overall, not many problems
