Facebook's benefits philosophy is to provide employees with everything they need to get their job done without having much to worry about. This means, free food (3x/day) + fully stocked kitchens, health/life insurance policies, flexible hours, etc.
If you don't learn to make the work life balance work for you, it can be exhausting. But you'll also be given lots of support with this if you ask for it. - It doesn't matter how good you are at your job, chances are you're going to be surrounded by a ton of other people who are just as good if not better. Imposter syndrome is real, but if you got an offer, you probably belong here too.
Benefits at Facebook are great – the vacation policy, child care programs and the overall taking care of Facebook employees is amazing.
The best thing about the benefits is that they are 100% taking care of us as employees. Transportation, health, family life, the future. Every aspect of that Facebook takes care of the employees
Facebook bends over backwards to support their employees.
Tons of coverage and great perks!
Overall great benefits package. Very few things they do not offer. Fair vacation packages. Only things that stick out that they don't offer are education and charitable matching.
Love all the benefits - they really take care of their employees and are innovative
Benefits are pretty in good
Great packages! I'm glad I had a chance to be there.
