FactSet offers health insurance coverage to their employees.
They offer both a free and paid option.
Highly rated, good coverage (compared to other plans i've seen). Reasonable prices for individual and family plans.

They do offer a free plan but prior to 2016 did not provide any education on how the plans work or what they mean.

Their Health insurance has a high coverage plan with option to opt out in order to get a few thousand extra a year. I was able to do this and stay on my parents plan for a bit longer to save some extra money.
