    4 months paid leave for maternity leave. They just increased paternity leave to 1mo paid. I think it used to be only one week.

    could be more generous. a week (paternity) is enough to say you have it, but the company can afford to do more. its the right thing to do.

    I wish they offered more paternity leave than one week, but one week is better than nothing.
