Good 401k and great health insurance. Tons of PTO.
Work life balance is pretty good. Exposure to huge code bases with legacy code.
Health plan is very good. As the company has grown, benefits have changed to accommodate our larger size. Some changes benefit the employees, while others seemingly benefit only the company. Also seeing some benefits, like dependent care, getting pulled back for mysterious reasons for some (not all) employees.
Really good health insurance. Average 401k match (4% of salary, vested over 4 years). Snack benefits have been significantly cut in the past 6-9 months
Tremendous paid-time package. Flexible working hours. The biggest concern is consistent, high quality results.
FactSet offers a comprehensive benefits coverage at unbelievably low cost. This is arguably the best perk about working with the company.
Lots of benefits but many are not individually great. Not much sick time- 1 week per year- so if you have the flu at the end of winter, you better not get sick again for the rest of the year. Maternity and Paternity leave is nice, flexible hours more accessible to European employees. Free food is nice.
Great healthcare options and leave policies
The 401k options are great, as is the free lunch 4 days a week. The rest of the benefits are pretty standard for a company in the field.
401 K, free healthcare, free lunch (Monday-Thursday), bagel Fridays, snacks, drinks, PTO
