The benefits were great. I have no complaints, and never experienced issues with them.
Solid benefits across the board
Health benefits have been expenses out of pocket. But overall great work-life perks.
Comprehensive benefit plan for new hires
Good benefits. Low contribution from employees. Recently introduces and HSA and Roth 401k
Great benefits all around. I have minimal benefits needs, however.
401k matching up to 4%, but does not fully vest until after 4 years. My main complaint is regarding the compensation and the lack of raises/bonuses. Starting compensation is fairly average, and raises are both infrequent and insignificant.
