401k matching up to 4%, but does not fully vest until after 4 years. My main complaint is regarding the compensation and the lack of raises/bonuses. Starting compensation is fairly average, and raises are both infrequent and insignificant.

They provide a very generous medical and dental package. They also have great perks like the lunch stipend, free snacks, drinks and coffee all day.
