Paid lunches and a generous work from home policy make it very easy to work here no matter your personal or family situation. If you get your job done they give you a lot of freedom.

Most benefits are decent. FactSet stock has been steadily rising over the past several years so the employee stock purchase program has been profitable. 401k is 4% match, which is on the lower end but still decent. The lunch stipend program is nice but becoming less valuable as meal prices increase while the stipend has remained the same since its inception many, many years ago. Good WFH policy but vacation leave is just ok, starting at 15 days a year.
