Most benefits are decent. FactSet stock has been steadily rising over the past several years so the employee stock purchase program has been profitable. 401k is 4% match, which is on the lower end but still decent. The lunch stipend program is nice but becoming less valuable as meal prices increase while the stipend has remained the same since its inception many, many years ago. Good WFH policy but vacation leave is just ok, starting at 15 days a year.
good vacation time, work from home, flexible hours, generous healthcare, vision and dental package. they offer subsidized lunch and breakfast on fridays. there's a kitchen on each floor with snacks.
They offer a subsidized lunch program, really good health insurance, decent amount of time off, able to work from home, work from different offices, and stocked kitchen.
- 100% match up to 4% on 401k - 4 months maternity leave / 4 weeks paternity leave
3 options for health care physical rebate program gym or other similar reimbursments 10 months maternity 401k - contribution of 3% - 50% company match up to 6% after each pay period.
Benefits are great, and competitive
Not much challenging work. Upper management is very unstable.
good benefit, health, paid time off, flexible environment, work life balance, 401K match, etc. Would be nice to add day-care back-up.
