401k matching up to 4%, but does not fully vest until after 4 years. My main complaint is regarding the compensation and the lack of raises/bonuses. Starting compensation is fairly average, and raises are both infrequent and insignificant.

They provide a very generous medical and dental package. They also have great perks like the lunch stipend, free snacks, drinks and coffee all day.

Parental leave is well behind software peers. Overall benefits are decent, not strong but not weak either.
