Why Life is Better as a FactSetter
Around the globe, FactSet is committed to creating a workplace environment that is hardworking, flexible,
and fun. Our employees hold themselves to high standards, but also enjoy a host of benefits that help us do our jobs better and set us apart from other companies.
A Sense of Balance
FactSet wants its employees to be active, healthy, and happy - not just in their jobs, but in their lives outside of work, as well. While the specifics of each region's wellness programs, vacation policies, and insurance coverage may vary, most offices offer a combination of the following, plus more:
Good perks, fully paid healthcare option, 401k match, and flexible work permitted.
The benefit package is quite generous. Especially the maternity leave.
Great vacation & awesome healthcare options
Zero contribution health plan, also covers dependents.
401K match @ 4% Yearly PTO Increases Tuition Assistance
Have No pay plan perfect for start of career. Coverage great in both plans.
Benefits package is better than most.
The no contribution health plan is fairy comprehensive. Dental leaves something to be desired, but for the most part it covers the basics.
Great health insurance, sick time and benefits such as free lunch and stock purchase plan
Health insurance is great, it is self funded by FactSet, so the premiums for the employee contribution plan have continued to go up year over year since they move to self funded. Despite that, it is still a great plan. Dental is just okay.
