“They have the worst health insurance of any company I've ever worked for. Even simple procedures cost a fortune your co-pay for a regular doctor visit and seventy-five bucks so you might as well just pay cash and don't pay for their insurance”
“401K had a very good matching program, there was a 90 day wait period to take advantage of. seemed long.”
“They make sure you can't use it. GM won't approve it. ”
Benefits package is ok. Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, short term and long term disability as well as life and offer life insurance for underage dependants.
It costs a fortune for medical and it covers nothing.
Overall very good, did not offer a very high amount of life insurance, even at employee cost. Did not need health insurance, covered by spouse
If you’re a CSR or higher, you get 401k, life insurance, decent insurance, dental and vision incredibly cheap. Full time employees get decent PTO time and 40 hours sick time for the year.
Great Vacation and Time off program
The health insurance is poor, the 401K is average, the company prides it's self on saving money on the annual bonuses, They talk a big game about how much they are to get you on-board.
Average health benefits i give them a C, 401k, 2 weeks pto first year. Monthly meetings catered.
The medical plans are aweful, and very expensive. Most employees opt for other coverage, The company is based in MN, and the PPO, is through a company there.
Very expensive benefits with coverage that is mediocre at best.
Benefits were nothing special, although there was talk that the company would be chipping in more towards our health plan. They did match the 401k, which is always nice.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
