We offer our full-time employees a diverse platform of medical, dental, and vision options, along with a 401k plan, flexible spending and dependent care accounts, life insurance, and discount programs.
Take a break and do some lunchtime yoga or afternoon pilates in the office. Factual brings in weekly instructors and offers discounted memberships to local gyms. We also provide organic fruit and healthy snacks in our kitchen.
Aside from wrangling with data, we enjoy pool and ping pong tournaments, piles of board games for board game night, a kitchen full of meals and snacks, catered lunch on Fridays.

Factual has a lot of incredible perks and has decent benefits. PROS-Unlimited Vacation, Good Health Insurance. CONS-No matching of 401K, maternity/paternity program is really lacking.
Overall good benefits package with additional in-house wellness programs like yoga class and gym membership subsidies. They offer a 401K. Health/dental coverage offered for FT employees. Paid Time Off is "Unlimited, with accountability" as long as your work is getting done and your vacation schedule doesn't conflict with your team's quarterly goals. Favorite employee perks include an annual company ski trip in winter and a beach day offsite in summer. In the office there are free snacks, organic fruit, a board game lounge, pool table, 2 ping pong tables and craft beer on tap.

Great vacation policy. It's described as "no vacation policy", as in no limits as long as you get your work done. There is a 401K retirement plan, but no matching.
Unlimited vacation, $10,000 signing bonus, 5-10 bp stock options.
Overall not as generous as larger companies. Facilities are pretty nice.
The best thing about the benefits package at Factual is the liberal vacation policy. Basically, each employee is treated as an adult, and is allowed to take as much paid vacation as he/she deems appropriate.
Unlimited time off, but it's not really encouraged to have an outside life. Sort of like a Catch-22.
