Good: They provide $2000 a year to help defer the cost of the high deductible health insurance. Bad: They do not provide a ESP.
401k managed by Vanguard. 100% tuition reimbursement. Decent medical but recent changes to HSA have made it a bit more costly for employee. Some profit sharing but somewhat inconsistent since goals are adjusted yearly.

The department was too small to have employees rated on a bell curve. When there are only 7 employees running the entire facilities mechanical department 24/7, all of them need to be exceptional.
