12 paid days off per year, plus two weeks paid vacation per year (going up 1 week every 5 years), 100% of Physio covered but only $500 combined across Chiro/RMT/Acupuncture per year. 4 percent pension matching. If your manager likes you, you can get schooling/training paid for. Half off gym membership. Almost complete dental and vision coverage. Amazing discount when staying at other Fairmont properties in North America (75% off room rate and 50% off food and alcohol).

Great benefits for travelling and discounts with other companies. Benefits do not compensate for the lack of work life balance.

Amazing discount on Fairmont hotels in North and Central America (on average 70% off). The only thing that's lacking is absolutely NO paid sick time

Probably the best benefits package you can find in hotel industry. It’s even better than a lot of non hotel business.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Guest Relations in Quebec, Quebec

It's a great place to work. People are super nice and friendly and very caring of their employees. Lovely atmosphere at work and great conditions and advantages. However, hours and schedule can be rough cause it's a touristic industry. Good schedules come with time.
