    They rob you for your health insurance. It costs an arm and a leg and the coverage isn’t that great. For the amount of money that they take from you, the options for insurance should be way better and smaller deductibles. Also for as big as this company is, the lunch should be FREE!

    It's quite rare for restaurant servers be offered sick leave, paid time off, full benefits, 401K, etc. My benefits were offered within 90 days at a very affordable cost. Even after I moved out of state and sadly ended my employment, I was paid out for accrued sick time. In additions to health and retirement, the benefits when staying in a Fairmont property as a guest CANNOT BE BEAT!!!

    no vacation untill 1 year , benefit after 150 days , you loose your benefits if your not making 260 hours in 3 months .
