Good employee benefit package. PTO accural each pay period. About 4 wks per year. Use PTO for holidays/sick time. 403B match is 50% up to employee 6%. Vested fairly quickly. Great prices for medical & dental insurance-especially if you use an HSA. Parking is terrible. New employees have to PAY nearly $40 per pay period to park downtown Mpls. (if you work on the westbank) and shuttle in. FHS should be PAYING employees for this pain and extra time! Executives (some) have unlimited time off and it shows, when they abuse it for every sniffle and scratch for kids.

If you work at a MNA covered site, the benefits cannot be beat. You can sign up for a health insurance plan that has no co-pays at Fairview locations- which means you can have a baby at a Fairview hospital for free!
Plans change every year. Frustrating for a company that owns its own insurance company. It is health care, but low level employees suffer the most.
