I participate in the 401k but do not qualify for health insurance or PTO since I'm part time..
working the bariatric shift leads to time and a 1/2 pay for four hours and a $52 bonus every time you work the shift, this company has a 401(k) but with the low wages---- you can't contribute much to it paid time off was lacking
The benefits they offer are not the best benefits. The benefits are only offered to full time employees and they are not very useful.
best thing is if you're full time they have a great PTO program or a Insurance. I get full coverage for only 50 a month from kaiser. management is awesome they will help you with anything. owners are terrible
You get to choose between either paid time off OR basic health care. Paid time off accrues at an extremely slow rate.
