Health Insurance contributions and co-pays have risen overall the last few years, mainly for corporation to save money and reducing headcount. No 401K match. Unlimited vacation days are ok if you can use them but you rarely can, and if you're laid off you get nothing.
they changed the paid off policy from 2 or 3 weeks to unlimited, which is actually limited to no or less paid of days
The healthcare benefits have changed providers over the last few years but the employee contribution is still very minimal with a very generous healthcare and dental offering.
There was no 401K match, other than that the package was fine.
