Great for Individual, not so great for spouse and family!
Overall, average benefit plan. Vacation that increases over years, plus 10 paid holidays. No sick time (use vacation time), medical plans have progressively become more expensive and less options (no 100% PPO anymore).
Benefits are not terrible. 401K, Health, Dental, vacation, etc. Health insurance is too expensive if you have a family though.
Family deductions are too high
Benefit options are hard to manage and update, it's all paper based, you have to rely on HR and a fax machine
Zero days vacation, accumulate 5 hours per bi-monthly pay period and no sick days. 401k fails to make any income. They do not want their employees to telework.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
