Worst things: -Mental Health benefits are a carve out contract with Beacon Health. -1st 5 days of sick time comes out of earned vacation time so everyone came to work ill and contagious to avoid using their earned time. The vacation time is great
Fitness reimbursement. It was very flexible and promptly paid.
I did complain about the high deductible plan but now that i'm working for a smaller company with $3500 instead of $1500 i guess i do miss it. I just stared using tuition reimbursement before I left and i wish I had taken advantage earlier as my new employer doesn't offer it either. Dental benefits aren't bad either, my new employer has deductible for cleanings while option through fallon has free cleanings.
