Health insurance is great and what you pay is on a sliding scale based on compensation
Because I was part time I didn't qualify for a benefits package except for employee discounts.
Health Benefits are taken out of base salary instead of added to base salary. Only available to full-time employees, so managers only
I was not a full time employee so I did not gain the perks of the store. But I know they treated their employees to good benefits.
Best thing was the people that worked there. The worse thing was the company is now closing. I enjoyed the customers
They do offer adoption assistance. No formal job training is offered for most roles. Unfortunately there is no longer any professional development either.
For the home office, health insurance program options were non competitive. HSA is essentially the only option and family coverage's were very lacking. Company perks are antiquated, which matches the leadership and organizational style. A chapel with a vendor isn't a perk.
Only Managers get be if it's not even assistant managers get benefits. They keep everyone else's hours below full time so they don't have to pay for coverage
NO BENEFITS for any employee except Manager and Assistant Manager!!
Many nice discounts and product privileges.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
